The Board of Directors IN EXERCISE of the Powers pursuant to Article 50 of the Articles of Association (Amendment) No.1 of 2022 and in accordance with Section 86 (1) (b) of the Companies Act No. 10 of 2017, Chapter 388 of the Laws of Zambia, had on 1st August, 2023, established THE STUDENT’S VOICE ACADEMY (the “ACADEMY”) whose Business shall be managed by the “Academy Director” under the direction, control and supervision of THE STUDENT’S VOICE UNIVERSITY.

Online Secondary School
On 1st August, 2023, THE STUDENT’S VOICE UNIVERSITY (SVU or "the University") took a momentous step by establishing The Student’s Voice Academy (SVA) as a Subsidiary or Body Corporate of the University. SVA was founded with a mission to address the need for innovative primary and secondary education, along with offering tutorial classes to college and university students and prepare potential students for higher education.
SVA's Mission revolves around advancing knowledge, inspiring and empowering minds, amplifying voices, and advancing the power of student voice in schools and beyond.

The Student’s Voice Academy (SVA) aims to empower students to advocate for their voices in schools and society. By this, we seek to create a global platform for students to take charge of their learning journeys and make their Voices HEARD in schools.
SVA is aimed to provide a holistic education that encourages critical thinking, creativity, and innovation, thereby furthering the University's commitment to education and empowerment.

The ACADEMY hereby instituted shall provide exclusive opportunities for full-time students, G.C.E Students and any other individuals who might have stopped or dropped out of school or does not have time to attend Fulltime Classes for any reason whatsoever, to have access to Primary, Secondary and extraprofessional educational services offered by the ACADEMY.

Further, the formation of THE STUDENT'S VOICE ACADEMY by the Board of Directors is in order to advance the POWER of STUDENT VOICE in Schools to ensure that every student by name and face, has an inclusive VOICE in Education.
